Closing Festival - A youthquake for Cultural Democracy

Final event of the YEAD project, the festival « a youthquake for cultural democracy » is an exchange program that intends to put 66 young Europeans between 18 and 25 year old, from 11 European cities, in a collaboration process that will allow them to question how the principles of « cultural democracy » are at work in a set of 22 cultural institutions, while interrogating their inclusion in the cultural landscape and suggest their ideas/recommendations/understandings to concretely develop audiences among their peers while allowing the exercise of their cultural rights in those institutions.
